Wrong instruction in README? #39

In "Upgrading" section it says:

"rake db:plugins_migrate"

shouldn't it be: "rake db:migrate_plugins"?

I get errors if executing "rake db:plugins_migrate" and I'm not sure what to write since I don't develop in ruby-on-rails

changed in readme for general use
