Feature: Subtask assignment, lanestatus #49

Subtask can be assigned seperately to a lane + can be assigned to different persons.

At the moment a subtask can't be seperatly switched in the lanes (from new -> in progress -> resolved, etc) its only possible for the "userstory" itself..

furthermore the subtask can't have another assignee as the userstory itself...

would be great if you can do this seperate.

+1 for me this is critical as I like to setup feature->subtask->subtask like structure. user stories & Features dont get worked on, tasks do, so features should not be assignable at all.
