Backup should not include music from the "local" section

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Export database
2. Import database on a new phone with no music saved on device
3. Open "local" section

Expected behavior

I should only see the music that it's stored in my phone at the moment

Actual behavior

I instead see all the entries of the music saved on my phone at the moment of the backup. These entries obviously do not reproduce any music
