Also, okteto.dev automatically expands to the user namespace, making the okteto build portable between namespaces

@rsliotta I restored the namespace field. The idea was to use the current kubeconfig file to deploy the app, so any user could deploy it on their namespace. I didn't work on the okteto up configuration, waiting for you to think if there is a clear use case for it
