Make unlocking all modes a clear option

I've seen this trend where new players are kinda confused why there are "few" modes and therefore encouraged to just unlock every mode right from the get-go. To make this less confusing, the first time Techmino is installed, we can add some sort of scene asking them whether they want all the modes unlocked right away or not.
