BGM is way too loud compared to SFX #37

Currently, the game's BGM is very loud, and SFX are barely hearable when both BGM and SFX are at 100%.

To hear SFX clearly, the player needs to lower the BGM volume to something like 20%.

Seems to be no longer an issue with FMOD snapshots.
