This pull request includes:

techmino-like attack and extra block system.
dynamic spawn position
huge interface changes!

Interface changes are not backward-compatible, so merge plan should be carefully designed.

Notes:

Won't fix: cc doesn't recognize 1-line half clear
Known bug: in certain places where different movements to the same place results in different spins (specifically, mini spin vs full spin), cc may output movements for a mini spin but expects a full spin, and then it needs reset.
Known bug: cc knows nothing about the dynamic nature of spawn position; it just uses any new spawn position as the spawn position after calling reset.

Closes #17. Closes #19.

Should we remove the 20-line option? But I suppose you have already changed the relevant code so whatever.

The 20-line option can be simulated by passing 20 as the parameter of spawn position spawn, when calling reset.
