Re-implemant wrapper with rust and mlua #26

This repository was born in early stage of techmino development, when team members can not write rust code. So we implement this wrapper in c.

Now we can do it better with rust. On the other hand, re-implemant with rust will simplify the build process and resolve many other problems.
