This is a very good idea, I wanna host a chan on Tor (.onion site) and I need this feature for avoiding spam and flood.

As I tested, this mechanism doesn't require JavaScript, users worried about information leaking over browsers can benefit with this.

Please, implement this feature as soon as possible.
