Broken nicenotice and warning while bcrypt_ip_addresses = false #24

Sorry for my broken english. I found nicenotice and warning would fail while bcrypt_ip_addresses = false

Incorrect string value: '\x8C}\xBE6' for column `testdb`.`nicenotices`.`ip` at row 1
Incorrect string value: '\x8C}\xBE6' for column `testdb`.`warnings`.`ip` at row 1

Do you have any solution or is it just my problem?

After rebuilding the entire environment, it was fixed. I'm not sure why.
