Mod not being detected whatsoever #42

Hello, I assist in managing a server with around 20 mods. When I tried to install this mod, Fabric wouldn't detect it at all, didn't recognize its existence, and /f2d reload won't even work. What can I do to solve this problem?

What version of the mod are you using?

2.2.1 but I've also tried the 3.0.0 beta. Neither of them have worked.
