This PR aims to update the mod to 1.21 as well as fix a small bug:

update gradle version to 8.8
update java version to 21
update mc version to 1.21
fix small bug that would cause the webhooks to fail when trying to send an empty message
bump mod patch version

closes #46 closes #47

Thanks for your work. Currently having exams so I can't deliver updates. CI will be working once configured for Java 21 support.
