Position in presentation tree for new concepts #11

Position in presentation tree for new concepts is not correct reflected in the presentationLink of the report schema. The order of the concepts from the Presentation Tree should be the same with the order of the concepts in the presentationLink".

This is in fact a secxbrl.info issue. The FAC concepts display order is not determined by the "Order" value from the presentationLink as it should be. I'm closing this one and create a new issue for secxbrl.info
