expose jmx mbeans over rest #125

The following patch adds jmx over rest support allowing for custom javascript 
pages.   Would you consider adding this to the base product please?

After applying, you can then navigate to 
http://localhost:8080/myschedule-web/jolokia/list to see a list of the mbeans.
