Hm, can't the person giving the final qualification shoot a PM over? Not sure why the current process requires the PL to "notice" - can you explain?
I do get a PM regarding when a qualification was achieved. I my desire is to negate the necessity to manually write down the individuals names or have multiple tabs/windows open for reference for which qualification to award. Software should guide the user without the need to reference separate items. In this case an AQB needs to be awarded, having a list of names of those individuals that need awards was provided on the old forum, I would like to see the same on the new forum. The next step is assigning the awards. The old forum, like this one, falls on it's face when navigating to the members qualification page and having to determine which qualification to award. Having a notice on the members qualification page or a direct link for posting the award would be most helpful. The old system had me navigating to the award screen an then required the selection of the proper award. Having some mechanism on the qualification screen as a award link that become active next to the qualification achieved would be a nice feature. Possibly a button like this (it would be inactive until the last check-mark):
It is partially done by changes in units stats
tab. Perhaps it would be enough?
As a Platoon leader it would be helpful to get an alert when the final check-mark is achieved for AITs. Currently a review of the service record and AIT qualifications is required to find the AIT to be assigned. It is difficult to discern which AIT to award.
