A bug fix was pushed to the master branch of store_model but it's not been published to rubygems yet. So we're pulling that dependency directly from github (the master branch) for the time being. This isn't a good idea long-term, though, as we could inadvertantly pull in breaking changes in a future deployment. So we should monitor the releases and re-pin it to v2.1.3 once it's released.
