For some reason the RS2 rifle section lists Sharpshooter before Expert. https://forums.29th.org/t/minor-rs2-rifle-qualifications-list-out-of-order/24776/2
It's probably that the only reason the others are in the right order is because of the order the records were created - so it's sorting the records by their ID. The fix is probably to do sorting explicitly in the query.
