Track schema version and changelog in an auditable way #1

Have put in the method for migration which checks if the supplied schema version is higher than the current schema version or not. The code for actual migration will vary depending on the changes made to the schema. Anything else to be added @djacobs ?

Nope - it will be the responsibility of the updates to decide how the migration should look.
