driver CD for 1c88:003f, Directory name is 'Driver' #6

GettingStarted -> Extracting firmware:
 ..."Drivers/Setup.exe", on the EasyCAP installation CD...

On my CD (for SmiUsbGrabber3F/xp/SmiUsbGrabber3F.sys) directory name is without 
's': /media/VIDEOCAPTURE/Driver/Setup.exe
