A lot of missing fields in setup.py #1

You should enter a real description and contract data etc.

Out of my view this fields should be updated:

plugin_description
plugin_author
plugin_author_email

Just wondering what is that license "AGPLv3", never read about it. However you may also add the license to the GitHub repository too.
