Empty Cart Issue #13

Please guide with the issue I am facing on my WordPress site, when I proceed to checkout it redirects to a page saying Your Cart is Empty.

This is likely related to your secret word that you have configured. Can you confirm that you have the "Buy Link" secret word configured from your 2Checkout admin?

Hi Craig, thanks for replying. Yes I have filled in all the required fields with the default data that is provided in 2cc admin e.g. Merchant Code, Secret Key, Etc.

We are going to have to take a look at your 2Checkout account configuration. Have you opened a support ticket with 2Checkout support yet? If so please provide the ticket id and I will assist you through your ticket.
