If you use Git and RStudio, then you may like this meetup.
Why is this important?
On August 26 and 27 some of us will meet to learn the most useful bits of the tidyverse. We will also use R Markdown, RStudio, Git, and GitHub but we won't cover these tools in detail. Instead, we'll review them before the workshop -- during a series of ds-incubator meetups like this one. Even if you won't join the tidyverse workshop, you may still find this series useful because RStudio, Git, and GitHub are common to most data science projects at 2DII.
What should be covered?
Today we will cover how to use the most common features of Git -- directly from RStudio.
