Sketch UI of litigation risk app #2

Based on our discussions in the team and the preliminary output of the litigation risk workflow (https://github.com/2DegreesInvesting/StressTestingModelDev/pull/206), we need a sketch of what the user interface of a litigation risk app should look like.

This sketch is supposed to be used as a building block in designing the code infrastructure for the shiny app.

Inspired by the sketch above, the app now has the skeleton of a tab-set website, where each tab allows the user to select an input that affects the plot and text description.

Do we have a toy dataset that is closer to what the app will eventually use?

Also, I don't understand the details on the landing page. Maybe we could talk about it?

I understand from our last team meeting that we decided we are going to focus on understanding what to do with the existing stress test app, before building a separate one for litigation risk after all. Correct @andybue @looreen ?
