Add toy data from tiltIndicatorAfter v0.0.0.9016

Prepares for #29

This PR adds toy datasets used in tiltIndicatorAfter v0.0.0.9016. These datasets don't match the new *products_ecoinvent() but it's still an improvement because it allows us to write the code that uses these datasets here and in tiltIndicatorAfter. This way the update later will be a relatively smaller change.
