Now that we deploy to Google Cloud Run (gcr) we can remove the CI to deploy to shinyapps.io which has been quite painful all along -- particularly brittle to changes in renv.lock.
And failed deploys seem to also block builds on gcr.
For a "staging" deployment we could setup a trigger to staging on gcr and/or leave an rsconnect/ directory to deploy to shinyapps.io manually.
