Transfer ownership of Google Cloud Run

Currently the costs to host the app are charged to my personal credit card. I need to pass that responsability to someone else.

Someone needs to take over ownership of the service that hosts the app. Last Wednesday I invited the Berlin Office but the invitation is still pending. Given the short time ahead today I sent an invitation to you two.

This Wed I plan to remove myself as an owner. If nobody takes over the alternative is to make the app available only locally to those who install it as an R package. That way nobody has to pay for anything :-)

Beyond billing you'll need someone to take over the technical aspects of the service, so you may want to add Kalash in that role.
