13 years ago - added TPException class and descendants and thrown them in appropriate locations, in case of errors
- tweaked include path to make sure appropriate PEAR classes are loaded
- renamed 2performant.php to TPerformant.php for easy framework integration
- fixed stats functions in order to send request
