Updated installation command

The package is not yet at a stable version. Therefore, it's normal not to be able to install it using the default composer stability level (which is stable).

You can tweak this in your own composer.json file, by using min-stability. Still, we will not recommend installing nightly builds (like you have instructed in the modified README.md.
