This version will break B/C even though it will use the same class naming convention to avoid confusion. 2amigos/yiistrap will be also updated to B3+

Unfortunately, removed Editable for Bootstrap 3 version. The library hasn't been updated for long time and I already refactored the whole library to work for Yii2. If anyone misses this library on YiiWheels, it should consider inserting x-editable on its composer instead: https://packagist.org/packages/vitalets/x-editable-yii

Updated now version 2.0+ is Bootstrap 3 ready
