StickyTableHeaders upgraded to 0.1.19 #142

Hello, i found that this new version of StickyTableHeaders is far better than the one used in the project.

Actually, this plugin generates warnings in console (at least in FireFox) since it uses the 'scroll' event (and blinking/jaggering effect at the point it should stick, or when the table is just the height of the scrollable area. Might be better to provide some plugin which uses position:sticky;. I know this is not supported for table child elements. But solutions might be out there.
