Disable embedding images #415

In the new version all remote assets will be downloaded and embedded into the Anki media by default. All remote images are downloaded, this can be undesirable in some cases so we need a way to disable it for people who are online most of the time.

Deferring this to v2 as all of the caching stuff has been removed. Instead we will handle the ratelimiting.
