[Feature request] Move non-real-time related contents to other repository #4

Currently this repository contains information on real-time with PREEMPT_RT and Docker as well as a lot of information about Docker in general and particular about Docker and the Robot Operating System ROS/ROS2. The contents relating to ROS/ROS2 should be moved to a separate repository containing best practices for ROS in order to make the repository more concise.

I just created a new repository docker-for-ros that these contents will be migrated to over the next couple of days.
