add selected color to gantt bar

Add anther icon for mouse over Pressing the icon will open a color picker. selected colors should be for the dark and light aspects.

lightcolor = gantt bar 0% complete
darkcolor = gantt bar n% complete

same would apply for the milestone diamond color
