Gear - Custom Helmets per NCO and Up #150

This may involve lower ranks in the future, but for now, lets try NCOs and up. A custom retexture of a selected headgear per camo per person so that others can see distinguishing markings to make identification even easier (currently we're all only using eyewear to do this).

Whoever wants this done, please post an image of your pattern that you want on the helmet, and a description of where you want it and we'll do our best to stick it in there.

This is a follow on from the idea displayed in #25 .

This may actually be doable as a thing for all members Mg and up, if we can implement this: https://github.com/jetelain/AceArsenalExtended which would make the Arsenal interface more customisable without overloading the list with duplicate items

Percy has started working on some potential helmets, more as a proof of concept for now.
