Add RSS feed for users, categories, and news #11

There is currently only a single RSS feed - for the home page. The old blog had an RSS feed for articles written by certain authors. There should also be RSS feeds for categories and news items.

I don't think we necessarily need a news RSS feed since it is available via Twitter. The user account RSS feed is implemented. The only thing left is an RSS feed for categories.
