News items are not broadcast to the Twitter account #19

Currently, news items are displayed on the home page. However, there is no way to view past news items. The goal is to have all news items immediately broadcast to the @2buntunews Twitter account. This way people can get immediate notifications when items are added and they can view past items.

This is now implemented.
