Deploy 2buntu via Juju #36

Up until this weekend, this was originally planned for the big launch. However, time and some compatibility issues have changed my mind. Therefore, this is scheduled for later in the future. We will need the following charms:

python-django
postgresql
uwsgi (which I wrote, pending approval)
memcached / redis
