Following official plugin migration guide, I’ve added support for PostCSS 8.

@vvasilev- it would be great if we could get this merged and have PostCSS 8 support.

For anyone looking for update version, I’ve pushed scoped package under @niksy/postcss-sprites. Since there was no activity in this PR, I’ve decided to fork it and create new version.
