[Bug]: V2RayN does not connect on Intel I225-V, I9-11900 Intel System

I have a working configuration which is tested on a different PC (AMD B550M-A onboard LAN connection) same configuration doesn't work on another PC (Z590-Plus onboard LAN connection) on same network.

I have removed the SSD from Z590 PC and installed on AMD B550M system and booted and VPN is connecting without issue, and the SSD from B500M installed on Z590 PC doesn't connect either.

This makes me believe there is a hardware requirement that is not met on Z590 PC.

@2dust , @ShiinaRinne , That doesn't seem to be the issue.

I had connection even with that error showing and still do not have connection even if that error does not happen.

It seems sometimes dns is not resolving even though I can ping the IP or get the site with its IP.
