im not sure but i think its because of your firewall or any other rule on your network (like ur antivirous)

看我新发的这条。https://github.com/2dust/v2rayN/issues/5331 替换core文件就能解决：用1.8.0或早期的版本的xray.exe替换.\bin\Xray\xray.exe即可
