[Bug]: default dns is 223.5.5.5 #5387

预期情况

This dns is not working well in my country and it is slow. There needs to be a setting in the software so that we can change the dns.

实际情况

Internal dns uses alidns

use alidns by default

You can customize it from DNS settings or use custom config

@APT-ZERO I changed dns from dns settings, but the request goes to alidns again.

I have a simple way, block 223.5.5.5 in route setting see #5329 Owner noplan to change it
