[Bug]: 新版本6.60。无法快速开启tun模式。

预期情况

自从6.55版本之后就无法快速开启关闭tun模式

实际情况

6.55版本时可以快速的打开关闭再打开tun模式开关，虚拟网卡可以正常创建tun模式正常开启。6.55版本之后的版本第一次打开tun模式按钮虚拟网卡正常创建，可是当关闭按钮不等待直接再点击按钮打开tun模式，则无法创建虚拟网卡tun模式开启失败。需要等到日志出现+0800 2024-09-28 05:35:01 WARN inbound/tun[tun-in]: open tun interface take too much time to finish! FATAL[0015] start service: initialize inbound/tun[tun-in]: configure tun interface: Cannot create a file when that file already exists. 再开启tun模式才能正确创建虚拟网卡tun模式才能正常工作。

复现方法

6.55版本间隔时间短开启tun模式没有问题。6.55之后版本无法无间隔开启关闭再开启tun模式

之前我的也是这个毛病，但是从来没解决过。后来更新到6.56不知道怎么就解决了

Tun受到系统影响，很难说是什么问题。 sing-box也经常修改，所以哪个版本能用就用那个版本，不要经常换 能说的 基本在这里都说了https://github.com/2dust/v2rayN/issues/4539

从绕过大陆切换成全局后，就再也上不去了，切回大陆也上不去了，打开tun倒是能跑，但是没多久就挂了，这是为啥
