add auto update for geo asset files added by URL #3081

I use Loyalsoldier and iran-hosted-domains repository for geo asset files:

geoip url: https://github.com/Loyalsoldier/v2ray-rules-dat/releases/latest/download/geoip.dat

geosite url: https://github.com/Loyalsoldier/v2ray-rules-dat/releases/latest/download/geosite.dat

Iran url: https://github.com/bootmortis/iran-hosted-domains/releases/latest/download/iran.dat

I add these three files by URL(Geo asset files > add URL) So i can update them by click on download/update bottom. But i should update them manually every few days.

Please add auto update option for geo asset files added by URL. (same as subscriptions auto update add auto update interval for geo asset files added by URL in the settings)
