Explicit setting for type of participant ID #114

Provide three options (radio buttons):

No participant IDs
Participants are required to enter an ID
Generate random ID for each participant

Suggestions for help texts:

Fully anonymous participation.
Choose this option if you want to save an ID that participants receive independently (e.g., from an external participant recruitment platform).
Choose this option if you want to generate a unique identifier (code) for each participant, e.g. for reimbursement purposes.

With the "No IDs" setting, random IDs seem to be generated nevertheless?

Feature request: Allow the researcher to customize the label for Participant ID (e.g., change it to Prolific ID or change the label to be language appropriate).

Added a "Participation ID label" setting that is used for both cases, depending of the setting:

Label of participant ID in the form at the beginning
Label of the generated participation ID shown on the outro page

If this is to confusing, we could adjust the help text of the label depending on the current setting.
