some typos/corrections #119

In the wiki, under "6. Create questionnaires", "questoinnaire" should be "questionnaire".

Consider adding punctuation to "L-Rex Data privacy statement" and correct typo in the word "addresses":

We do not track our users. Cookies are used for authentication only.

No user tracking software is used.
No external 3rd party components.
IP addresses are not included in the server logs.
