adding missing customize labels options

Add customize labels options for the following:

• "Please check this box if you want to proceed." for the consent form.
• "Please answer all questions." when participants click continue without providing a response.

"Please check this box if you want to proceed." for the consent form.

This is coming from the browser not from l-rex. But it should then be in the user language, so it's probably fine. If not, I could turn this check off, allow the "Submit" and show a custom l-rex error if the box was not checked. But this would add another setting. @gvarab What do you think?

"Please answer all questions." when participants click continue without providing a response.

This should already be customizable via the "Answer question message" in the bottom. Note that the labels form is dynamic, so the label appears only after multiple questions are defined.
