in results file use 'participant' instead of 'subject' #136

In results file, replace 'subject' with 'participant'. My parents, who used to run clinical trials, informed me that the term 'subject' is (potentially) demeaning, and the term 'participant' should be used instead. Something to consider. Searching the internet will provide some information about the terminological debate.

Renamed subject to participant everywhere in 729aff1e62429562107bbc664bf2bde5892e77d6.
