Abandoned flag remains even if participant reactivates trial #153

This could lead to accidental deletion of trials marked as abandoned but currently active.

Currently we don't save the creation time for each rating, just the start-time and end-time of a trial.

With this abandoned is defined as "started before 1h and did not finish".

If this is not sufficient, we can store the time for each rating.
