Properties at the level of experiments/items differ in copied study #166

For example, when blocks are specified at the level of the experiment in a study, they will be specified at the level of individual items instead when the study is copied. This also influences e.g. the upload form, which might be unintuitive for users.

The materials block was not read correctly from the csv archive because of a bug. This should be fixed with 6cf2113.

Related problem: It seems like the block instructions were not copied either, but that might have been a consequence of the block problem. I'll test if it is solved now.
