Layout for long scale values #168

Currently the scale values during a trial are always placed next to each other even if that makes them stick out of the container box.

Introduced vertical placement of long scale values in ff6d8c6bcdeadec1f331d62773e38799ac2d4806.

Todo: consider also item-specific scale values to determine horizontal vs. vertical alignment.
